Salah's Alfredo Sauce
3 T butter
1 T olive oil
1 minced or mashed clove of garlic
1/2 C white wine
1/3 C light cream
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 t fresh black pepper
1 lb pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 C parmasan cheese
Melt butter in olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautee one minute. Add wine and cook until alcohol evaporates. Add cream, nutmeg, and pepper. Stir and cook one minute. Add drained fettucini and toss to coat. Rmove from heat and add cheese. Toss and serve immediately.
