Ikom's Mexican Dip
Ingredients:
16 oz Sour Cream
1 jar of Salsa
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 can of refried beans
2 bags of shredded Mexican Mix Cheese (amount of cheese is to taste, I personally love
tons of cheese.)
16 oz of Guacamole (optional)
1/2 a pack of taco seasonin
In a bowl mix Sour Cream and taco seasoning
Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a medium sized cassorle dish. (the square ones)
Spread Sour Cream/with taco seasoning over beans.
Spread Guac over Sour cream
Spread Salsa over Guac.
Sprinkle Lettuce and lots of Cheese on top.
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least an hour to give the different flavors a
chance to get to know eachother and work together.
